Julington Creek Plantation is a premier planned community in northwest St. Johns County, Florida. It is situated on the south bank of Julington Creek on the St. Johns River, approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Jacksonville and 20 minutes north of St. Augustine.

The Plantation consists of a variety of communities, amenities and common areas to support a broad range of activities for both our families and our individual residents. There are over 5,000 children that register for a wide variety of sports programs each year. The communities consist in excess of 4,000 acres and 6,000 residential units.
Prices of homes and town homes range from first home levels, to luxury estate properties and gated communities. It is a covenanted community with annual assessments for community improvements and maintenance. It is both an established community, with neighborhoods dating back over the last two decades; and newest neighborhoods completed in 2006 and 2007.
